Night Shift Care Team Leader: Lead Carers & Deliver Dignity

Porthaven Care Homes in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader for Chiltern Grange Care Home. You will lead a team of Carers and Senior Carers to deliver person-centred care and maintain residents’ dignity.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, medication administration, care planning, and strong leadership. Night shifts (8pm–8am) with alternate weekends and a DBS check to be completed.
