Recovery‑Focused Childcare Manager

Phoenix Futures is seeking a dedicated childcare professional in Sheffield to lead day-to-day care for children in a recovery-oriented residential service. You will ensure safeguarding, high-quality care, and positive parenting support while aligning with Ofsted and EYFS standards.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, in a family-focused setting. Candidates must hold Level 3 childcare and Paediatric First Aid, with experience in team leadership and partnerships to support families
