Care Home Manager required for a small Care home near Bradford. The candidate should have prior management experience in a care home setting and be able to demonstrate auditing and monitoring skills, particularly with care plans and medication management.

NVQ 5 is desirable, or a commitment to completing it. An experienced deputy manager ready to step up may also be considered. COS availability can be discussed for the right candidate; a driving licence is helpful but not compulsory.
