Community Health Nurse (0-19) – Impact & Family Care

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join the 0-19 Service on a fixed-term 12‑month basis. The role involves delivering immunisations, health surveillance and health promotion to children and young people aged 0–19, within the wider community nursing team.

You will work under a SCPHN clinician and collaborate with partner agencies to provide safe, high-quality care aligned with professional standards.
