Children’s Residential Lead — Impactful Care Leader

Purosearch Ltd is seeking a dedicated Children’s Residential Team Leader in Crook. You will oversee high quality care for children and young people in a residential setting, build trusting relationships, and lead a supportive team.

The position offers a choice of contracts: 36 hours at £24,336 per year or 48 hours at £33,696 per year, with induction, funded Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, 28 days annual leave (plus birthday off) and a pension scheme.
