Thera Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our inclusive team supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will help people achieve personal goals, provide personal and emotional support, and assist with daily living tasks.
No previous experience is required as full training is provided. The role involves early/late shifts, weekends, bank holidays, sleep-ins, and may be in clients’ homes or in the community. A monthly salary is guaranteed and benefits are available.
