Care Home Deputy Manager – Impactful Leadership & Development

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Deputy Manager to support operational delivery in our care home. You will oversee care staff and provide leadership in the Home Manager’s absence, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and robust records.

You will train staff, conduct pre-admission assessments, maintain care plans and daily notes, and communicate effectively with residents’ families and external partners to uphold our values-driven approach.
