Senior Care Assistant & Team Leader – Person‑Centered Care

Bupa UK is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Collingwood Grange Care Home in Camberley. You will lead the unit, support the nurse with clinical duties, observe, administer medications, and maintain care plans with accurate records.

You will supervise a team of Care Assistants, assist in training new staff, and build strong relationships with residents, families and GPs to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
