Sgscare is seeking a Residential Practitioner for a new solo children’s home in Oldham, OL3. This permanent role offers 40 hours per week with a rota and sleep-ins. You will support a young person with complex needs in a therapeutic setting guided by DDP and PACE principles.
Experience in care settings is valued; driving licence is preferred as sponsorship is not available. The role emphasizes safeguarding, calm responsiveness, and ongoing learning within the therapeutic model.
