CIH International Housing Group is seeking a Residential Practitioner in Oldham to support a young person with complex needs in a new solo children’s home. You will work 40 hours weekly on a 2-on, 4-off rota, with sleeps included in the salary.
The role focuses on a therapeutic model (DDP & PACE) with 1:1 care, safeguarding, and accurate record-keeping. You will collaborate with a small team to create a stable, supportive environment.
