Senior Care Lead: Compassionate, Person-Centered Care

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and deliver personalised care across our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist homes. You’ll know residents and families, plan care, ensure safety, and assist with medications under supervision.

You’ll maintain accurate records, develop time management and communication skills, and bring resilience and kindness. Ideally you’ll hold a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care with progression to Level 3.
