Older Adult Mental Health Practitioner – Flexible Hours

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking an experienced practitioner to provide person-centred therapeutic support to older people with mental health challenges across community settings, care homes and memory services.

The role includes specialist assessments, memory and functional assessments, and delivering evidence-based care for dementia and other conditions, with a focus on least restrictive practice and risk management.
