Evening Community Nursing Support Worker (Out of Hours)

Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Health Care Support Worker to join the Out of Hours District Nursing team in Wigan. The role is part-time, 15 hours weekly over three evening shifts (18:00–23:00).

You will travel to patients’ homes and must hold a NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or NHS Care Certificate. Applicants should have driving licence for business use and be able to travel across Ashton, Wigan and Leigh.
