Waythrough is seeking a Therapeutic Intervention Lead for the Recovery Steps Cumbria service. The role focuses on leading and embedding trauma-informed, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and supporting staff to deliver high-quality care across Cumbria.

You’ll develop and evaluate programmes around substance use and wellbeing, mentor colleagues, and help ensure service user voices shape delivery and outcomes. Countywide duties require flexibility and collaboration across settings.
