Health & Social Care Assessor – Hybrid, Travel Paid

t2 Group is looking for a Health and Social Care Assessor to support learners across apprenticeship qualifications in workplace settings, primarily in Falmouth and surrounding areas. You will coach, assess and mentor learners to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours to complete their programme, with a mix of remote delivery and planned workplace visits.
