Support Worker – 24/7 Community Care & Empowerment

Swanton Care & Community Ltd in Fenham, Newcastle, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team for 40 hours per week. The role involves providing practical and emotional support to empower individuals, with shifts across evenings, nights and weekends to cover 24/7 care needs.
