Night Care Team Leader — Senior Carer

Abbeyfield is seeking a Care Team Leader for night shifts at Pratt House, Amersham. The role is 24 hours per week across two shifts, including alternate weekends, with shifts 19:45–08:00.

You will oversee health and social needs, prepare and review care plans, administer medication, supervise staff, and lead during emergencies. A Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or progress towards is preferred.
