Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Paediatric Diabetes Nurse based in Bedfordshire, supporting the PDSN and the Paediatric Diabetes service. You will care for children and young people with diabetes, manage care plans, and participate in outpatient clinics.
Working within the Diabetes MDT, you will deliver enhanced clinical assessments, support ward teams for T1D admissions, and help with transition to adult services, while staying up-to-date with new diabetes
