Trauma-Informed Service Manager – Women’s Refuge

Social Interest Group (SIG) in Brighton seeks a Service Manager to lead the women’s refuge service, delivering person-centred care for residents, including women and children affected by domestic abuse.

You will mentor a team of support mentors and children and family workers, drive trauma-informed practice, and ensure safe, respectful, and high-quality service delivery, with on-call duties as required.
