Deputy Home Manager – Therapeutic Children’s Residential Care

CareTech is seeking a Deputy Home Manager for a children’s home in Telford. The home supports up to 6 young people with learning disabilities, autism, and associated needs.

You will work within a therapeutic, safeguarding-focused framework and lead a dedicated team to promote the wellbeing and development of the children. Experience in residential childcare and a Level 4 CYP qualification are essential, as is a full manual driving licence; a company car is provided during shifts.
