Flexible Nursery Assistant — Zero-Hours Shifts

Little Elms Daycare Shirley is seeking nursery bank staff to cover shifts on a zero hours contract. The role is based at the Shirley nursery, and offers an hourly rate of £12.71 per hour with progression opportunities across all ten nurseries.

Ideal candidates will hold a Level 2 or higher Early Years qualification, have nursery experience, and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and initiative while caring for children aged 0–5 years.
