Fairfax Meadow, part of Sysco GB, is recruiting a Butcher for our Enfield site. You will cut meat to specification and pack/scan products for distribution, ensuring neat presentation.
Required is previous meat handling experience and solid knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety rules. We offer a pension, generous holiday, staff shop discounts, and ongoing training at Derby site though Enfield role.
