Floor Layer – Repairs & Maintenance (Hybrid + Pension)

Durham County Council is seeking a permanent Floor Layer to join the Corporate Property and Land team within Strategic Facilities Management, Repairs and Maintenance. You will carry out floor laying duties across council premises and major construction projects as needed.

Applicants should have basic Maths and English, a Floor Laying NVQ Level 2 or be willing to work towards it, and be able to drive a council vehicle with an in-house driver induction completed.
