Nottingham HVAC & Building Services Engineer (Contract)

Tech-People is seeking a Static Building Services Engineer / HVAC technician for a 2-3 month contract in Nottingham. The role involves PPM and reactive maintenance on AC plant, AHU and fan coil units, plus BMS front-end tasks and regular checks on hot water temperature, lighting, and lamping.

You will also write and reed risk assessments and follow a 07:30–16:30, Monday to Friday schedule. The contract offers holiday pay and a pension contribution, with PAYE payment at £21.64 per hour and no CIS
