Maintenance Craftsperson: Plumbing & Building Systems (Essex)

EPUT is seeking a Maintenance Craftsperson based in Colchester to support the Estates Department across Essex. The role is plumbing biased but requires solid general building skills and a hands-on approach to repair, maintenance and operation of a wide range of building services, plant and equipment.

You will input data into computer systems, work with management, nursing and contractors, and take part in planned preventive maintenance and on-call out-of-hours duties.
