Job Description:
Christ’s College is seeking an Apprentice IT Support Assistant to deliver first line technical advisory and diagnostics for staff and students in a Service Desk environment. You will monitor networks, manage Chromebook bookings, log calls, and escalate incidents as required.
You will participate in the Apprenticeship scheme, attend education courses, and complete exams while supporting the Network Manager. Hours are 40 per week, 8am-4:30pm.
