The role involves operating specialist equipment, following technical instructions, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring products are completed to required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery
• Carry out manufacturing and finishing processes in line with company procedures
• Read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and production documentation
• Perform quality inspections using measuring equipment and gauges
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation
• Identify and report equipment faults or production issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Support continuous improvement and production efficiency activities
