Assistant Site Manager – New Build Homes (Withernsea)

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a temporary role in Withernsea, HU19. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering volume new build housing, be highly organized, and able to run a fast-paced but tidy site.

Requirements include minimum 3 years on new build housing sites, SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, and experience with recognised UK housebuilders. Immediate start available and long-term opportunities upon project performance.
