Assembly Operative

Winner Recruitment is currently looking for experienced Assembly Operatives to join a well-established company in the Tamworth area on a temp-to-perm basis.

Rotating Shift Pattern

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Friday: Early Finish
• Monday – Thursday: 1:50pm – 10:00pm
• Friday: Early Finish

Key Responsibilities

• Working on a fast paced production line
• Assembling and inspecting various parts
• Using hand and air powered tools
• Using torque wrenches & Measuring devices
• Reading and following instructions from drawings & manufacturing specs
• Identifying any scrap or rejects that do not adhere to standards and specifications
• suggesting recommendations to improve processes
• Quality inspect and final visual inspection of all parts

Experience Required

• Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar Assembly and manufacturing environment
• Must have a keen eye for intricate details for this role
• You will need to have good communication and written skills
• Lifting will be involved in this role and you will be stood up most of the working day
