We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operatorto join their team.

The main purpose of this Machine Operator role is to set and operate 4 of the machines used on a daily basis.

In return, our client is offering a salary from £28,500P/A, depending on experience.

This role is full-time and permanent contract. The hours of work will be Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:30 & Friday 08:00 – 13:00.

Responsibilities

• To understand the functions of the Amada CNC Brake Presses, Vipros Punch Machine.
• To be able to set up all of the machines under the supervision of the Machine Operator/Setter.
• To understand the functions of machinery and use in an efficient manner.
• To use the Guillotine and Roll Former when required.
• To gain an understanding of the H&S and routine maintenance checks required on each of the machines.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in setting and operating CNC break press machines
• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
• Attention to details
• Reliabale and flexible work ethic
