Responsibilities

• Post-contract financial forecasting
• Financial reporting & control
• Design management and value engineering
• Sub-contract & consultant procurement
• Sub-contract & consultant management
• Client account management
• Work in a dedicated commercial team with support from the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Lead

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor with experience on new build projects
• We welcome applicants from commercial or residential backgrounds who are looking to fast-track a career with global possibilities
