Mechanical Fitter – Underwater Robotics & ROV Assemblies

Saab UK, part of Scandinavia’s defence group, seeks a Mechanical Fitter for the Saab Seaeye underwater robotics unit in Fareham. You will assemble mechanical and hydraulic components to engineering drawings, including ROV chassis and tether systems, following standard work instructions.

You will join a small multidisciplinary team, apply 6S discipline, and occasionally work at test locations or customer sites to support prototypes and product improvements.
