Farm Management Graduate: Lead Modern Agriculture

G’s is seeking ambitious graduates to join the 2027 Farm Management Graduate Programme. You’ll gain hands-on exposure across crop cycles, working with farm managers and agronomists to learn how food moves from seed to shelf.

Rotations may include planting, irrigation planning, harvest and production, with potential international placements. You’ll develop leadership, technical and commercial skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment and have a clear pathway toward farm management roles
