Talent Acquisition Lead & Strategy Coordinator

Retail Insights, based in London, is seeking a Recruiter Coordinator to own the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced startup environment. You will profile roles, source candidates, screen CVs, plan assessments, create interview scripts and conduct interviews, while collaborating closely with the CEO on recruiting strategy.

You will help build our employer brand, attract both obvious and covert talents, and drive automation of processes and onboarding improvements.
