HR Generalist: Payroll, Compliance & Data-Driven HR

Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced HR Generalist in Leicester with a strong payroll and employee relations focus. You will support payroll processing, manage right-to-work checks and sponsorship compliance, and act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR policy.

The role requires advanced Excel, familiarity with HR systems such as PeopleHR, and a proactive approach to data integrity and process improvement. CIPD qualification is desirable.
