Recruiter – Children’s Residential Care (Hybrid)

The Cambian Group in Gateshead is seeking an Internal Recruiter for Children’s Residential services. This hybrid role involves hands-on recruitment across multiple sites, from sourcing to interviewing, with a focus on attracting candidates to care services.

Salary is £28-30k plus bonus, negotiable on experience. Travel to sites, DBS checks, and collaboration with the onboarding team and Senior Resourcing Business Partner are required.
