Remote Telehealth Intake Specialist — Recovery Access

Clean Slate Clinic, a clinician-led telehealth service, is hiring an onboarding and intake specialist to join the UK team. You’ll guide new clients from first contact to enrolment, explain the program, and set clear expectations on eligibility and payments.

You’ll respond to calls, emails and SMS with warmth, help clients set up for telehealth, and, when needed, escalate to clinicians.

Experience in AOD or mental health support and outstanding communication are preferred.
