Leaving Care Success Advisor

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Personal Advisor in the Leaving Care Service on a 3-month contract with a local authority. You will manage a diverse caseload of care leavers and support transitions to independence.

Based at Guildhall, Shropshire Council, you will undertake needs assessments, develop pathway plans, coordinate joint agency support, and produce clear records.

37 hours per week, with pattern Mon-Thu 08:45-17:00, Fri 08:45-16:00; DBS checks required and full UK driving licence.
