HR Officer, People Services — Impactful, Flexible Role

Dyfed Powys Police in Ceredigion are inviting applications for a HR Officer in People Services, supporting divisional managers to manage staff and address people-related issues in line with Force Policy and best practice.

You will develop and update HR document management systems, support line managers with attendance and performance management, misconduct, fairness at work, organisation change and recruitment, and help ensure establishment and workforce data reflects local changes.
