Field Collections Agent – Car Allowance + Flexible 4-Day Week

Orbit is recruiting a Field Collections Agent in Gloucester. You will visit customers in their homes to discuss arrears, explain options, and help establish sustainable repayment plans. The role requires empathy, negotiation, and independent working across regulated and non-regulated accounts.

You’ll use an Orbit-issued iPad, manage payments, and coordinate with client services while promoting flexible, autonomous field work with a 40-hour week and potential for a condensed four-day week.
