Strategic HR Lead for Schools & Student Impact

Riverside School invites applications for a Human Resources Lead. The post offers a BR9-10 salary scale with an actual salary around £32,514–£37,158 per annum, pro rata for 36 hours per week over 42 weeks per year.

The HR Lead will provide high quality HR support, manage absence and injury reporting, and ensure day-to-day operations comply with school policies. We seek a candidate who can build strong relationships with stakeholders and offer effective HR guidance in our school context.
