This is a busy desk where you will resource and recruit the temporary workforce. You will build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and ensure a suitable, quality workforce to meet their demands.
Job Description
- Maintain client relationships through effective communication
- Resource candidates via job boards and social media
- Interview candidates
- Compile job descriptions and advertise vacancies
- Ensure accurate payroll input
Person Specification
- Ideally speak an Eastern European language
- Demonstrate hunger and desire to succeed
- Have determination and tenacity
- Ability to work under pressure
- Passion for recruitment
Qualifications
Educated to A-level standard
