Our client is expanding and looking for an ambitious Resourcer to join a successful team in Southampton. You’ll help source and engage top tech candidates for exciting roles with some of the UK’s leading digital and tech businesses.

What you’ll be doing

• Proactively source and screen candidates across tech sectors
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Support Consultants with shortlisting and role delivery
• Advertise roles creatively across multiple platforms
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our CRM
• Work collaboratively with a high‑performing, supportive team

What we’re looking for

• Own transport is required (office not on a public transport route)
• Previous recruitment experience
• Pro active resourcer – using LinkedIn to search and networking with candidates
• Local to the office no further than 15mile radius
