Hybrid HR Advisor: Employee Relations & Policy

Cape Consulting (HR) Ltd is hiring an HR Advisor to support managers and colleagues with practical HR guidance in the UK. The role spans employee relations, policy advice, coaching, and thorough HR administration on a hybrid or remote basis in the Manchester area.

You will handle disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant with UK law. CIPD-level knowledge is welcomed and development is supported.
