Overview

Instructor/Assessor in Education and Early Years role at Lincoln College. Lincoln College is looking to recruit an Instructor/Assessor in Education and Early Years. You’ll be responsible for work-based assessment, supervision, tuition, and internal verification of students on our Early Years Education programmes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site work-based assessments and reviews
• Supervise and verify student assessments
• Plan, develop, and deliver training on Early Years Education programmes

Qualifications

• Relevant educational qualifications in Education and Early Years
• Experience in work-based assessments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in teaching or training
• Knowledge of Early Years Education frameworks

Salary and Benefits

Salary: Up to £28,278 per annum
