Skills & Experience
- Experience managing own residential conveyancing caseload within a law firm or conveyancing environment
- Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process and related procedures
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Progress residential conveyancing transactions through all stages of the process alongside colleagues within the property team
- Review title documentation, searches, mortgage offers and raise enquiries on purchase matters
- Prepare client reports, completion documentation and SDLT returns
- Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, solicitors and other third parties throughout transactions
- Assist with completion and post-completion matters while maintaining accurate case management records
