DTC Store Lead – Retail & Customer Experience

On’s Direct-to is seeking a Retail – Lead Store Advisor for its London location to drive customer service excellence and oversee day-to-day store operations. This is a permanent, full-time role reporting to the store leadership.

You will lead by example in delivering On’s values, manage store presentation, and support the team in achieving sales and service targets. Prior retail supervisory experience is preferred; strong communication is essential.
