The Role:
Our client is a leading car dealership in Basingstoke who are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
Our client welcomes trainees and provides comprehensive training. After completing 6 months of service, trainees may become eligible for a company vehicle, subject to age requirements.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:
- Proven experience in car sales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A valid UK driver’s license is essential.
Package:
Basic Salary: £15,000 – £17,000 (depending on experience) + OTE of up to £50,000 + Company Car provided based on tenure and position.
25 days holiday and usual company pension contribution.
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am – 6:00pm) with 1 hour lunch break!!
Saturdays (8:30am – 17:00pm) with a day off in the week!!
Every other Sunday (10:00am – 16:00pm)!!
