What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and Inspire:Recruit, develop, and inspire your team to deliver top-tier service and have fun doing it.
- Make It Memorable:Create experiences that keep players coming back, from casual kickabouts to high-stakes league nights.
- Run It Like You Own It:You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth through outstanding customer experiences and marketing, ensuring your club is the place to be.
- Grow the Game:Build strong community relationships, and attract new players, teams and partners whilst shouting about us on socials. Get the pitches buzzing all week long.
What You Bring to the Squad:
- A confident, results- driven manager with experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or sports management
- You’ve gotnatural team leadership experienceand love seeing people succeed under your guidance.
- You’re commercially aware with a proven track record of meeting targets and driving performance
