On’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Store invites a Lead Store Advisor to help launch its first store in Korea. You will deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting and guide the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail, strong communication, and a flair for visual merchandising; ERP exposure is a plus. You will join a dynamic team and embody On’s values as you help shape the store’s launch and ongoing success.
